Gur is made by sugarcane.it's very pure sweet for the good health.It's tast is very sweet and delicious. This is  Gur -making season in all of the Pakistan especially in  Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, Saliman khel, Badber, Charsadda, Mardan and Nowshera. The estimated productions in KPK is around 1.3 million tonnes.Charsada, Mardan and Peshawar are the home of Gur trade. We can use Gur in many sweet dishes. Gur making is a very difficult art. Gur is used in juices, sweets and eaten with bread as curry with bread. We can also use Gur for the making black tea. Gur sweets foods are very healthy and useful for the good health.
